On 17 March 2024, a seminar on SWOT analysis was organized for all superiors coordinators and few selected members from all the ministries. Fr.Antony CMF was the resource person to guide us through this process. The seminar began with a Eucharistic celebration, giving insights on four important points for life: Accepting the reality of life, Cultivating perseverance and resilience, Following the path of Jesus and Death to Ego. The resource person facilitated activities to help participants understand themselves through the Belbin team role assessment and SWOT Analysis to identify the strengths weaknesses, opportunities and threats experienced  in our life and mission. These helped the group to understand the benefits of functioning in a team and were encouraged to work within their strengths.

In the general session groups were led through discussion and evaluation to arrive at consolidated view of the province. Participants expressed contentment with the process of evaluating ministries and its usefulness for assessment. The seminar was a great insight into looking into future of the ministries.
